• Instruction on how to improve communication to decrease conflicts
• Self-esteem, Anger Management and Stress Management
• Computer Literacy
• Vocational Support

case management program

Our Case Management Program enables each individual to reach their highest level of accomplishment. This program will measure the client’s strengths, identify areas of need, and explore strategies for enhancing self-image and self determination. Our goal is to help facilitate the stabilization of our residents to being independent and successfully housed. Case management includes the core services of information and referral, service linkage, benefits counseling and individual and systems advocacy.

tenant relations program

Our Tenant Relations Program stabilizes homeless individuals and educates them about their rights and responsibilities as tenants. For the duration of tenancy, we offer clients informational sessions to review their lease, lease addendum and facility rules and regulations. In addition, clients are educated about our grievance policy, their responsibilities as tenants and members of our campus community, and are asked to participate in creating a place of safety between housing and public.

Moreover, we engage in a series of discussions about the following:
• Paying rent on time
• Being lease compliant
• Communicating with property management
• Remaining respectful to the property and its occupants
• Knowing your responsibilities as tenants and community members

If and when a resident transitions from our housing, our goal is that she or he is a fully capable tenant
able to participate in any form of housing public or otherwise.
