The Phoenix is a 32-unit Supportive Living Facility for adults who are otherwise homeless, disabled, and have been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Each studio is fully furnished and has its own kitchen and bath, so as to provide a level of privacy to the residents. There is also a computer lab, a laundry facility, and a community room. The building is ADA compliant, eco-friendly, and offers 24- hour security. In addition to providing a safe, clean living space, The Phoenix is a substance-free facility. The residents that occupy this building may participate in all of our Supportive Housing Service Programs and Total Wellness Programs; as well as our Neighborhood Program and Strong Relationships Program.

Garden View is a 16-unit Independent Living Facility for individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. There is a total of 16 units with 12 one-bedroom units and 4 two-bedroom units, a community room, and a laundry facility. The building is ADA compliant, eco-friendly, and offers 24-hour security. The residents that occupy this building may participate in all of our Supportive Housing Service Programs, Total Wellness Programs, and Community Connection Programs.

sawyer gardens

Sawyer Gardens is an 18-unit Independent Living Facility of two and three bedrooms constructed for families living with HIV/AIDS. There is a total of 18 units with 12 two-bedroom units and 6 three-bedroom units. Sawyer Gardens also has a community room, a laundry facility and an outdoor playground. The building is ADA compliant, eco-friendly, and offers 24-hour security. The residents that occupy this building may participate in all of our Supportive Housing Service Programs, Total Wellness Programs, and Community Connection Programs.
