The 5th Anniversary of Bar AIDS in Chicago is on Thursday, August 28, 2008.

On this night, participating Bars will donate a portion of their proceeds to benefit AIDSCare’s mission. Volunteer Ambassadors will partner with an assigned bar to host an exciting evening of good friends, fabulous prizes, and one cause: to support the HIV/AIDS community with compassion and care.

Mix one-part night on the town, two-parts fundraising, and a dash of HIV/AIDS awareness to make 2008 Bar AIDS in Chicago a huge success.

Host volunteers are the people who make Bar AIDS a success year after year. Once you commit to serving as a Host volunteer, you will be provided with all the training, materials and support you will need to make your bar #1 this year. You will be representing AIDSCare at your assigned bar, greeting guests, soliciting for donations, and promoting Bar AIDS! Join your community now as a Host Volunteer and be part of the community of compassion and care.
